A distributing company looking to overhaul its tech systems needed the perfect Candidate with multiple skill sets.

But the position would be highly unique to the distributor’s core business involving a multi-year technology transformation: identifying its current state, infrastructure upgrades, developing a plan to move toward cloud systems, sourcing new tech vendors, and hiring.

So P3+Uplift worked directly with the CEO, COO, and HR Director to craft the job requirements and qualifications, determining what background, personality, skills, motivation, and—crucially—what communication style would be needed.
