Early warning signs go undetected due to fragmented medical records and unorganized patient data, leading to financial hardship for both the patients and care providers.
But the founding team wrestled with its ambitious vision, uncertain about whether they should focus on home health care, hospice management, or patient communications. At a standstill, they needed assistance shaping a path forward and sought out P3+Uplift.
