An annuity and life insurance company needed to revamp its agent and client portals. To increase usage and compete with large industry players, business leaders knew they needed to streamline access and focus on user needs.

But lacking comprehensive research, they faced an uphill battle determining the best strategy to make the biggest impact and address the most pressing issues in the coming year.

So product and IT stakeholders worked with P3+Uplift to bolster the existing customer insights team and chart a path forward. After investigating some of the most pressing issues over nine weeks, a small P3+Uplift team presented a roadmap of portal improvements that could seamlessly integrate with the company’s existing technology and satisfy urgent unmet needs.
